How does pricing work?
Two dials. Your plan unlocks features (cheap, monthly). Your storage box sets capacity (separate, pick any size up to Unlimited, change anytime). Hosting one event? Switch to the Personal tab and pay once.
Is AI face matching really included?
Yes — AI guest-selfie delivery is built into every paid plan (Pro and up), unlimited on Max. Competitors either don't offer it or charge enterprise rates for it. We bundle it.
Can I change my storage box later?
Anytime. Expand for a busy season, contract after — we prorate the difference. Your box is independent of your plan.
What's the Personal per-event option?
For someone celebrating their own event: pay once, get the gallery + AI delivery for that event, with storage included for a year. Keep it live afterward by attaching a storage box — no subscription required.
Why are you priced above some competitors?
Because one Pixbox plan replaces your gallery host AND your AI face-matching service AND takes 0% commission on your sales. Same price as a gallery host alone — plus the AI they don't have.
